My name is Lalita Sontakke. I am the founder, developer, and sole author of moralinsights.com.

Why I Built This Platform

I grew up understanding farming from the inside. I learn farming from my father, and now I am also samll land holder farmer. I watched farmers around me make decisions about fertilizer, water, storage, and livestock feeding based on habit, guesswork, and advice from input dealers who had their own interests at heart.

The calculations that could help them make better decisions existed. Agricultural scientists had published the formulas. Engineers had developed the methods. But none of it was accessible to a farmer standing in a field with a mobile phone and a practical problem to solve right now.

That gap is what moralinsights.com was built to close.

I started with one tool. Then another. Then I realized that almost every farm management decision that costs farmers money has a calculation behind it that nobody had made easy to access. So I kept building.

I identify the agricultural science behind the calculation, verify the formulas against published international standards, test the tool against known reference values, and write the explanatory content in plain language that any farmer can understand regardless of their formal education level.
